Comme prévu, nous avons créé l' association NER pour organiser la procédure d’appel contre EURONAT.
Vous trouverez en bas de cette page les liens pour le bulletin d’adhésion à NER et les statuts de l’association.
Vous retrouverez aussi sur le site toutes les informations qui ont été envoyées.
Le bulletin d’adhésion à l’association NER est à compléter, dans la langue de votre choix, et à nous retourner signé, accompagné d'une copie de votre carte d'identité ou passeport.
Cette inscription à l'association NER vous permetrra de recevoir en temps utile les informations nécessaires.
Nous vous adresserons notamment les mandats pour vous représenter à la cour d’appel et l'offre de contrat de financement qui vous a été proposé.

PS : Euronat refusant de communiquer la liste de tous les propriétaires, beaucoup ne reçoivent que la propagande d’EURONAT et pas nos informations. N’hésitez pas à transmettre à vos connaissances qui n’auraient pas reçu nos informations.

Wie geplant haben wir den Verein NER gegründet, um das Berufungsverfahren gegen EURONAT zu organisieren.
Unten auf dieser Seite finden Sie die Links zum NER-Beitrittsformular und zur Satzung des Vereins.
Auf der Website finden Sie auch alle Informationen, die verschickt wurden.
Das Beitrittsformular zum NER-Verband ist in der Sprache Ihrer Wahl auszufüllen und uns unterschrieben zusammen mit einer Kopie Ihres Personalausweises oder Reisepasses zuzusenden.
Durch die Anmeldung bei NER erhalten Sie rechtzeitig die notwendigen Informationen.
Wir werden Ihnen insbesondere die Vollmachten für Ihre Vertretung vor dem Berufungsgericht und das Angebot für den Finanzierungsvertrag, das Ihnen unterbreitet wurde, zusenden.

PS: Da Euronat sich weigert, die Liste aller Eigentümer zu veröffentlichen, erhalten viele nur die Propaganda von EURONAT und nicht unsere Informationen. Zögern Sie nicht, diese Informationen an Ihre Bekannten weiterzuleiten, die unsere Informationen nicht erhalten haben.

This registration to the NER association will allow you to receive in due time the necessary information.
